Most plastic railings systems must have the posts secured with steel plates featuring welded studs. In short, to provide the required stability, the posts are fitted internally with steel components.

Our solution: A hybrid railing system that combines the advantages of steel with those of plastic, combining yielding steel posts with equally yielding PP  plastic lateral rails.

The posts are equipped with our  patented PU pads which allow the posts to deflect to a maximum angle of 10° (approx. 17.5cm), and which reduce the forces that are transmitted through the post to the floor. Lateral rails are manufactured from a tough grade of  Polypropylene (PP) which is highly resistant to impact stresses. The whole assembly protects personnel, vehicles and property and reduces the incidence of repair costs to floors.

The above factors result in an eye  catching black and yellow heavy-duty railing system suitable for either indoor or outdoor installation.

Segregate traffic lanes from pedestrians (forklift lanes/pedestrian paths), ideal for protecting work areas, equipment, machinery and plant.
